What is it ?

The Association pour un Musée des Enfants (AMusEn/Association for a Children’s Museum) was founded on 11th April 2016, following discussions undertaken at the end of 2014.

In the fall of 2016, in parallel with the consolidating of the project, AMusEn began contacting some potentially interested parties (authorities, potential partners, similar cultural institutions outside Geneva).

The AMusEn has a board of 5 people, strengthened in particular by around fifteen “consulting members” (ordinary members with special competences).

The AMusEn is also fortunate enough to have a support committee, composed entirely of personalities from the Geneva region whose values correspond to those of the project.
